This is the Parish Church for the villages of Great Witley and Little Witley. It is still in regular use for services, concerts and other events. It stands next to Witley court which is now in ruins following a fire that occurred in 1937.

Architecture 100 :: 27 – The Dome Fernery
The picture in yesterday’s post is a detail from the Dome Fernery. It is one of the follies that can be seen in Westonbury Mill Water Gardens. Architecture 100 :: 26 – Estagel
Following our visit to Rennes-Le-Chateau and our winding way to and through the Gorges de Galamus we eventually ended up taking a late lunch in Estagel. I have memories of eating a delicious tuna salad sitting opposite this clock tower and watching the world go by.
