These plants, both spotted with rain were taken in Abbey House Gardens, Malmesbury.
I always marvel at how vibrant garden colours are after a rain shower, especially when the sun shows it’s face too.  It is a stark contrast to how most people feel when it is actually raining.

Both of these were taken when I visited Malmesbury earlier this year. You will have to look closely to see the bird in the second photograph.

The sculpture that I posted for my Saturday PhotHunt is entitled The Wrestlers and was quite fascinating to look at.

This statue is situated at the entrance of Abbey House Gardens and is the work of Ian Rank-Broadley, the same sculptor that produced the statues in a previous PhotoHunt post.  I must admit I had not heard of him until I saw the sculptures at Abbey House Gardens, but it seems I should have done:
