Have they carved a spelling mistake in there on the last line?
It looks like ‘LOVD’ – short for Lov’d perhaps?
I have just zoomed in closer and it is an E. Patterning the the stonework is making it look like a D.

I’ve never seen like any sundial like this before!
It looks just like a dart board.
The sundial is the stone construction in the foreground. The thing that looks like a dartboard is the night and day clock.
Or in my case:

Nature stays.
Hmmmm, think that second line reads better: “See new love die.” Because obviously we don’t want them to literally die.
I think that a love that can die has never been real…
