Hoo hoo, a branchlet of Devil’s Kitchen, obviously. : )
Who knows what is being cooked up in there
The answer, my friend, is lying … : )
In the wind…
The entrance gate of the garden is quite scary … I googled the garden and I think this is highly fascinating. LOVE the picture and I wonder about the smoke…does it make the birds sing better …
We always love to visit this part of Alnwick Garden. The guides always provide interesting information and every time I go I learn something new.
What a fascinating name – I must find out more, Cherie
It really is worth a visit
Belay talk of wind,: ’tis not beans and lentils they grow in there.
Pretty spot though.
There are a couple of plants in the poison garden that I have in my own garden. Some of the more poisonous plants are caged. One of them on this occasion is a plant that we have in a pot outside our backdoor!! I knew it was highly toxic (to eat), but I was rather surprised to see it caged!!
You got through it unscathed?
Well I am here to tell the tale
a beautiful shot, CP. i like the straight on view and the effective crop.
Thanks Ayush I used the camera zoom from a distance to get this perspective.
Goodness, how intriguing!
It is very interesting and informative.
The smoke signal indicates a poisonous Brexit.
Oh, Theresa May, quick! Thinking time is over…
Tell me more…
