Dinner for Two

This is the first Christmas where there have only been the two of us for Christmas dinner. It was nice but strange.

    I love having dinner once a week with my beloved, children and grandchildren. So I know that two people around a festive table is going to feel a bit lonely. But it may be possible to invite the widow next door or a school friend visiting town …to join in.

    I was fortunate to spend time with the family over Christmas and now here we are it’s the last day of 2024 … taking the opportunity to send good wishes for the coming New Year.
