It is funny path to weight loss. Last week I was sure I had lost weight because I felt such a lot slimmer and I gained. This week I was sure I had gained weight  and have managed to lose 1lb. Hopefully whether I feel fat or thin I will have lost [...]

My clothes feel a bit looser and looking in the mirror I seem a bit thinner but the scales say I have gained 0.5lb. When this was declared one of my fellow WW helpers said ‘but you look thinner’. That being the case I am hoping for a good result next week!!

It seems that normal service has been resumed for now, I can access the Weight Watchers site to record the information on my graph again
