What a strange quote you found, it makes no sense to me…

ie. the source you quoted. Now I am puzzled
But nature does teach us. We don’t have to read words and work out where any quotes come from to understand that
Well I could agree, had you not cited the source, for by citing the source you actually misquoted, because the question mark comes after the silly and rather sinister remark about long hair, not where you put it. Any quote from the Bible is always going to send me looking for the full and often silly context in which it was said. But, yes, Nature does indeed teach us (just not that men should not have long hair).
and indeed, what the study of Nature actually teaches us is that most of what is written in the Bible is clearly nonsense, which is why I found it such a bizarre quote that was being reported as coming from the Bible.

My quotes are meant as they stand as a discussion point. No research is necessary…
But of course research on the quotes could always lead us on a different path for discussion

Nope, I was disgusted by it, and by all the implied things around it.
The two biggest obstacles to peace among humans – belief in old supposedly holy books. They are Mind Poison.

Utter despair at the species I belong to, from the everyday trivial to the profound. Utter despair. The nonsense they believe in. The falsehoods that drive them on… I was thinking of giving online engagement with them a complete rest, perhaps a permanent rest. Perhaps I should have started that earlier this evening. Anyway, these may be my final foolish words, as a blog commenter if not a blogger. Yes, I think they will be. Farewell and Amen.
What I meant is that here I am thinking about nature, its beauty its cycles etc Nothing more, nothing less. As Ginnie says below, Mother nature.
Then in other places I am talking about the countryside and I am supposedly being political…
